Pricing for services varies based on the service provided.

Initial consult appointments are typically one-hour sessions and follow-up appointments are 30-minute sessions. Exact costs are transparent prior to scheduling and full payment is collected when appointments are booked through our secure online patient portal. Contact us to express interest and a quote for services will be provided.

Small group events will be posted and advertised with topic/dates/price as they are scheduled. Feel free to reach out with a topic request or to inquire about upcoming small group sessions.

Corporate Events are customized to the needs of the scheduler and programs/services/price will vary by individual events. Contact us to explore options and pricing.

ServSafe Manager proctored testing is available as an individual service and small group setting. Contact us to discuss your needs and accommodations to determine the proctor fee.

Do you have Insurance?

Many insurance companies recognize the importance of nutrition services for overall health and many policyholders have nutrition counseling benefits.

Your visit could be reimbursed for up to 100% of the cost of services.(contact your benefits provider for details)
A superbill will be provided for any patient interested in submitting for potential reimbursement.
Nutrition Therapy Services does not file insurance for out of network carriers and does not guarantee coverage, but will provide needed documentation if you choose to file for reimbursement consideration with your carrier.
HSA/FSA credit cards accepted when applicable.
